We are excited to introduce you to a new way of connection within Manufy. We are always striving to improve, and the past has shown us that in order to have a great platform we need to be great from the core. Manufy is all about creating trustworthy client relationships, understanding your needs better so that we can offer you services that truly work for you.

How can we promise you great client relationships? Having it with you from the start! So we stepped it up, and today we are here to explain more about our new modality of onboarding.


Get acquainted with one another. (Video call contact)

At Manufy we want to be involved with our users in the best way possible. In order to guarantee a productive and honest relationship we now connect with our new manufacturers through a video meeting. This helps us gain a better understanding of the current sustainability practices, goals, and 3-5 year plans of the new manufacturers that join Manufy; as well as seeing the real smiles behind the screens! Learning more about you allows us to match your profile with the ambitions of the brands on our platform.

Obtain the information necessary to complete a producer's profile. 

Before we are able to match any request of quotations to a potential supplier we ask for the organization’s basic information. This refers to data like the number of employees in your business, the country of production, your operating region/market, your sales approach and minimum order quantities, amongst others. Have this information at hand so that you are prepared for all the questions.

Get a better understanding of the product offering and the production process.

It’s time to talk about your products and services. What kind of products do you make? Which services do you provide? And do you have a specialty product or service you are known for? All these answers help us with finding quotations that match your abilities with brands that seek what you are offering.

Your sustainability journey.

Not less important are your sustainability practices. We are here to support your journey towards a cleaner and more conscious clothing production. Therefore we will ask you specifically about your sustainable practices that you already put in practice and your short and long term goals. This can vary from activities that reduce carbon dioxide emissions, reduce water usage, energy consumption, usage of durable clothing materials or deadstock, partners, and many other resource efficient practices. Do you have any certifications? Let us know! This is a big plus, as brands will be looking for this too.

Get up and running.

You are ready to be part of Manufy’s community! As a welcome’s gift we offer you 10 RFQ’s to begin your journey within Manufy. These 10 orders are handpicked by us according to your needs and preferences, so that you can start connecting with new clients immediately with no strings attached!

In short the onboarding process will consist out of acquiring the following information:

  • Learning more about why and how you do business, your goals, your purpose and your products/services. 
  • Your standpoint on data-collection in the production process and the transparency that goes along with it.
  • Your sustainability prospects, short-term and long-term.
  • Inform you about our implementation of a sincere code of conduct.
  • Video or pictures of your production process. 

Know that we are here to help and guide you. We don’t expect you to know it all, just honesty, transparency and a good predisposition! Schedule your 1 on 1 onboarding video call with one of our team members, and we will happily welcome you to Manufy. Please be prepared for the onboarding and have visuals from the factory ready to share.
